October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to highlight the importance of early detection and treatment for breast cancer. In 2024, over 360,000 individuals in the U.S. will be diagnosed, making awareness and education crucial.

A common treatment for breast cancer is chemotherapy, which can lead to a side effect known as chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). In fact, about 70% of patients undergoing chemotherapy may experience this condition, highlighting the need for increased awareness and support. Learn more.
